It has been found that imitation products with a false mark of Rubycon or a fake label ("Fakes") are marketed around the world. However it is difficult for customers to identify such products as Fakes through observation of appearance.

All of these Fakes are provided through vendors other than our legitimate sales channels (including our sales offices, agencies and distributors).
Please contact our sales office or agency to confirm that the vendor to you is our legitimate sales channel.
