PZA series is the conductive polymer aluminum solid electrolytic capacitors of which achieved high voltage.
The aluminum solid electrolytic capacitors have features of low impedance, high ripple current, and are more miniaturized compared with the other types of capacitors, but the conventional production method could achieve only up to 25V.DC in general.
At this time, Rubycon adopted the new polymer technology, and developed the new production process to achieve higher voltage range.
In comparison with conventional low impedance aluminum electrolytic capacitors, PZA series is 2 ranks smaller, while maintaining the same or better ripple current and impedance performances.
PZA is suitable for smoothing applications and especially good for control circuit that requires quick response property, and contributes for miniaturization of the applications.
